Sarah has been a physical therapist with NYPT since she moved to Long Island in July 2017.
She received her bachelor of science degree in Human Biology from the University at Albany and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
Her previous physical therapy experience ranges from pediatric to geriatric populations with neuromuscular conditions such as spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and stroke, and various orthopedic conditions including post-op, chronic pain and acute injuries.
She has experience in providing homecare physical therapy treatments and being a clinical instructor to current PT students.
In her spare time, Sarah is kept busy with her two dogs and enjoys traveling, spending time outside and visiting her family upstate.
